Our After Hours Care clinic is designed to provide accessible, affordable health care to the Sonoma County community. We serve adult, senior and pediatric patients on a walk-in or appointment basis, and offer a convenient means of treating most minor ailments and illnesses.

Annadel After Hours Care serves as an extension of your primary care experience by providing care during non-traditional hours. We also offer the added benefit of an electronic medical record that facilitates communication back to your Annadel primary care physician. If your first visit to Annadel Medical Group is through our After Hours Care clinic, we will be happy to help you find a primary care physician who's right for you.
